Mango Colada with Coconut Milk & Lime

Sanskriti Bist’s recipe for mango colada uses fresh mango pulp, and mango juice, together with Only Earth’s coconut milk and crushed ice for a lush, light vegan smoothie.
Recipe for Vegan Mango Colada with Only Earth Coconut Milk
Serves 4
Ingredients
1/2th cup (150g) mango juice
1/2th cup (150g) fresh mango, chopped into cubes
1/4th cup (75g) ice, crushed
1/4th cup (75) Only Earth unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp (15g) lime juice
Method
Take an electric mixer and blitz all the ingredients together till it is smooth.
Serve in a glass and garnish with mint. Serves 4.
