Everything you need to know about the Goya Recipe Contest — and win!

Every month we run a call-out for recipes of different themes (eg. the best mango recipes, the best chai recipes, etc). We will announce each month's theme on this page (so bookmark us here!) and on our social media accounts. The contests begin at the start of each month, and close at the end of the month. This means you have one month to send us your recipe.

Recipes that are unusual, using ingredients that are local, and techniques that are available to the home cook are always at an advantage. We love new recipes, but you can send us existing recipes from your family collection, or your mother's repertoire. However, please don't send us a recipe from your favourite blog/cookbook. 

Winners are announced in the first week of the following month, after a process of recipe-testing and tasting.
