Sorghum Muffins

Millets are delicious and nutritious. For most people however, cooking with them is still a bit of a mystery. This recipe is part of a series by Slurrp Farm that takes all the guesswork out of cooking with millets and help you make easy, creative dishes that will become a staple in your home.
Ingredients
1 cup Sorghum flour
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
2 tsp baking pwder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
400 ml condensed milk
1 cup milk
3-4 tbsp melted butter
Method
Sift sorghum flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, cocoa and baking soda in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix condensed milk with milk, vanilla essence and melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and mix only until the ingredients are well-combined.
Grease muffin cups with a little oil and spoon the batter till three-fourths full.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 Celsius for 30-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
