Project Management Lead
Location: Remote | Engagement: Part-time
Travel: On-site travel (when required) covered by the organisation

Role Overview
We’re looking to hire a Project Management Lead with prior experience in client and vendor relationship management, and the ability to run complex projects end-to-end. Projects span events, content, and cross-functional initiatives across Goya’s business verticals.

Project & Stakeholder Management
Own projects from pitch to post-delivery across verticals
Act as the senior point of contact for clients, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators
Lead stakeholder relationships, managing expectations, approvals, and communication
Translate objectives into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
Anticipate risks, manage scope, and troubleshoot in real time

Operations & Planning
Maintain a macro view of all active projects
Build and manage budgets, contracts, timelines, and logistics
Oversee delivery milestones and quality control

Team & Process Leadership
Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers
Establish and refine workflows, documentation, and systems
Create structure and clarity across projects

Reporting & Closure
Maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates
Lead post-project reviews and learnings
Support invoicing, reconciliations, and project closure
