This Dessert Will Give Tender Coconut Pudding a Run For Its Money

A dessert that is a nod to the popular elaneer pudding (tender-coconut pudding), this version uses nongu or ice apples that are milder in flavour, yet juicer in texture. What this achieves is a dessert that is light, refreshing and a cinch to make. A winner in every way, if you ask us!
