Finger Millet Laddoo

Millets are delicious and nutritious. For most people however, cooking with them is still a bit of a mystery. This recipe is part of a series by Slurrp Farm that takes all the guesswork out of cooking with millets and help you make easy, creative dishes that will become a staple in your home.
Ingredients
1 cup finger millet (ragi) flour
½ jaggery
3 tsp ghee
¼ cup milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 tbsp dry fruits, finely chopped
Method
Dry roast finger millet flour until it is aromatic.
Add ghee in a pan and roast grated coconut and dry fruits.
Heat milk and melt the jiggery in it.
Now add all the ingredients together and mix well.
Shape into lemon-sized balls.
Cool the laddoos before serving.
