2 Steps to Level Up Your Instant Noodles

Pooja Krishnan’s Friday night dinner involves a 2-step hack to levelling up instant noodles. Minimum effort, maximum flavour! Find more favourite lockdown recipes from Goya readers here.
RECIPE: LOADED INSTANT NOODLES
Ingredients
1/2 cup baby corn
1/2 cup spring onion + extra for garish
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Kung po sauce (sub with ketchup)
1 tsp black pepper sauce (sub with freshly ground black pepper)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Schezwan sauce
1 packet of instant noodles
Salt, to taste
Method
Cook the instant noodles as per instructions on the pack.
In a hot wok, saute the baby corn and spring onion in oil. Salt to taste.
In a bowl, mix the 4 sauces together. (Bear in mind that if your choice of instant noodles is very flavour-heavy, adjust your sauces accordingly. I find the Koka mild curry flavour instant noodles works well here).
When the corn is cooked through, add in the sauce mix, followed by the noodles. Stir well.
Finish with spring onion. Eat hot.
