 Goya curated a menu and dining experience for a 3-day private event with 200 guests. The dining experiences included a lunch with lesser-known dishes from Kerala, with recipes sourced from various home cooks around the state; a celebration of the Malayali-Gulf bond with an Arabic lunch, and a toddy shop small-plates, seafood-centric dinner.
