In this series, we bring home chefs from around India to Masque Lab, to showcase their work and culinary heritage within the dialogue of food and culture. Goya identifies cuisines and cooks from around the country and from various cultural communities to host popup dinners at the The Masque Lab in Mumbai. Masque Lab X Goya dinners are an attempt to bridge the gap between knowledge of regional cuisine safeguarded in home-kitchens, and the drama and flair of fine dining, bringing together the best of both worlds.

Masque Lab is a research and experimental space by the same dedicated team that makes Masque restaurant one of India’s best restaurants, ranking no. 21 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, 2022.
